ECCLESIASTES
VANITY UPON VANITY, ALL IS VANITY, SO SAYS THE PREACHER.
Millions are suffering in the midst of war, famine, poverty, and neglect, and it can be hard to decide exactly where your money can do the most good. The AIDS pandemic impacts millions of families across the globe. In fact, it is estimated that 6,000 children lose a parent every day to AIDS and AIDS-related illnesses. The global food crisis is endangering the lives of nearly one billion hungry people around the world. They are threatened by starvation — a slow and painful death. Millions of children are living in tattered rags because their families can’t afford clothing to protect them from the hot sun or freezing temperatures. Every day is a fight for survival in many parts of Africa. Droughts, floods, and diseases can cause agonizing hunger. Every six seconds a child dies because of hunger and related causes. Right now, millions of suffering children are at risk of starvation. But there is hope. Every day, children die as a result of drinking unsafe water and a child perishes from waterborne diseases.
Each year more than 1 million children die from preventable diseases before their 5th birthday.
While AIDS ravages mothers and fathers across Nigeria, their illnesses and deaths leave millions of children vulnerable and orphaned.
Malaria is one of the deadliest diseases impacting poor children around.
Your gift helps deliver basics like new clothing, diapers, blankets, and shoes to help children in poverty.
In countries torn by war, sectarian strife, and anti-religious dogma, young hearts long for hope and something deeper.

"Stop telling God how big your storm is. Instead, tell the storm how big your God is!" ECCLESIASTES 1:3 What does man gain by all the toil at which he toils under the sun? Give, no matter how small to help the needy.
This is our April tract. May it bless you and may God touch your heart to live a life of giving and being sensitive, sensible and loving to people around you and in the world, amen.
