In this month of March, we celebrate Teofilo Fayeun. He was a friend of the Tina Love Foundation. He helped with TLF’s development. He passed on in March 2011. In this month of March, our feature organisation is The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). It is a Non-Governmental Organization, a private humanitarian institution founded in 1863 in Geneva, Switzerland, by Henry Dunant and Gustave Moynier. Its 25-member committee has a unique authority under international humanitarian law to protect the life and dignity of the victims of international and internal armed conflicts. Its area served is worldwide and its focus is humanitarian. Its method of operation is by offering ‘Aid.’ Its has an estimated 97 million volunteers.
