TLF EVENT

CHIPROM In November of 2014 TLF had the joy of visiting Children of Promise Home in Ibadan (CHIPROM)   with Tina and the directional assistance of Adeola. She met with the staff and the children of the household. It was a fun time to interact with the staff and children as we got to know more about what we all do! Kindly join us and also make donations towards the home in cash and kind, while you pay regular visits in love. The more money and items taken the better, to the glory of God. For details of their account kindly contact them via their details in their web address or send us an email. We at TLF also visit homes, prisons, schools, and other needy persons. You can freely donate to our course- ü     For cash donations, please make a direct donation to: Tina Love Foundation GTB 0033315918 ü     Also for donation of items such as provisions, toiletries, clothes and shoes, etc please send us an email for us to direct you to various collecting points. -          In

Our Profile for the Month

John Betar met Ann Shawah    We celebrate this couple who has been together for over 80 years as at 2012! We at TLF we respect marriage and believe it is honourable. We believe love is a key ingredient in any meaningful relationship and we hope that many people will be inspired by their story: The two built a life together, a home, a family and lived out their own version of the American dream. "She raised five children and she was a wonderful caretaker." Five children spawned 14 grandchildren and 16 great children. The couple said the later generations "bring new life" and light into their lives. Along with joyous moments and good memories like this one came bad times for the Betars. "The hardest thing in our life was losing two of our children. That's the sad part. It's one of the worst thing a parent can face is losing a child, no matter how old they are or how young they are," Ann said. But despite the trying moments that can tes

Be wise

Awareness

Do you know that God has given us many talents and abilities, to be used for His glory and honour. We are made to please Him, the way we seek to please the ones we love and who love us. We speak out vehemently against secular musicians and movies which add nothing to the body of Christ but gratify the human fans of the industry who dictate what should be produced to please them. Many of us who claim to the Church of God do not listen to songs of God’s kingdom which tell of His glory. We do not patronize gospel musicians and movies therefore their industry is starved of funds and pushes many of them to the secular industry. Remember we will give account to God of the talents He has given us and also how we spent our time. When you listen to, watch and encourage secular artistes you are indirectly putting man above God. This is because secular media is all about what the majority of the fan base want- human satisfaction. Profanity, vulgarity, blasphemy, indecency, purposelessness, lac

Handing out TRACTS is a very effective and beautiful way you can reach out to people on the move. The recipients can read them in their time and pass it on to others. Kindly receive tracts and read them. We have witnesses who bear record of how their lives have been turned for good from messages they got from tracts about God Almighty. Support tract groups, as it is freely given! Help share tracts today, you would help spread love! -          In love, TLF

... on a lighter side

I.M.E

Sometimes in life, you find a special friend; Someone who changes your life just by being part of it. Someone who makes you laugh until you can't stop; Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world. Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it. In this Month we encourage you to have a friend you love and loves you back as Ecclesiastes 4:9 says that two people are better than one! And Proverbs 27:17 says iron (friends) sharpen the minds of each other. -          Be inspired, motivated and encouraged.

S.S.L.

In the movie Gulliver’s Travels 2010 in the scene when the actor Jack Black quenches the fire in Lilliput by peeing on the fire, the king comes out saying, 'our saviour... the beast.' and the people all hail beast beast! beast! This is an indirect way of satan worshippers making people, especially young people to see the beast, the anti-Christ as a hero. The same Jack Black at one of the music award started the event by ‘praying to the devil", and many people in the audience joined him. He may be regarded as a comic character but what he is used to portray in the media is real and serious. It is not everything you should brush aside as mere lines in a movie, read between those lines. Movie personalities, especially the comical ones have great influence on our impressionable children. Read the book of Revelation in the Holy Bible for clarification! -          Be sensitive, sensible and loving.
