Four Wives Remember how Jesus and many others in the Bible use every day events to draw an analogy about God and His relationship with humans? Well this is a story we wish you to read- Once upon a time there was a rich King who had four wives. He loved the 4th wife the most and adorned her with rich robes and treated her to the finest of delicacies. He gave her nothing but the best. He also loved the 3rd wife very much and was always showing her off to neighbouring kingdoms. However, he feared that one day she would leave him for another. He also loved his 2nd wife. She was his confidant and was always kind, considerate and patient with him. Whenever the King faced a problem, he could confide in her, and she would help him get through the difficult times. The King's 1st wife was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining his wealth and kingdom. However, he did not love the first wife. Although she loved him deeply, he hardly took notice of her! O

 

Be loving... there are people who like the story of the good Samaritan who stumble onto a need and make attempts to alleviate the problem. They are loving to the needy around them. Praise God for that. Here is a physically challenged shoe maker who was assisted with mobility by a kind hearted stranger. Will you also act now? please do! Be sensible... do not do immoral deeds! say no to immorality. Immorality is an abuse of your body. You do not need to degrade your body just because it is your body. You have been bought with a price- The blood of Jesus. That is why your body should be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Do not ruin your destiny! Be sensitive... there are people around who have despite all odds have decided to do honest jobs rather than engage in sin and crime to make ends meet. What is your excuse? if this woman can take to riding a bike for business, you too can do something honest.

OUR THEME FOR THIS MONTH IS RELATIONSHIP Do you know that relationships matter? Our relationship with God Almighty through His Son Jesus Christ is paramount; the next being our relationship with our spouses or close friends. Then our relationship with our family and friends! We cannot live in this world without interactions, and these interactions lead to relationships. Let the devotion of your love flow from top to bottom. God willing our events for this month include: 1.           Stand at Prosperous where the devotional TWFT, TLF Membership and Volunteers’ forms, etc will be given. 2.           Seminar (about Examination Malpractice) at ABUAD for Law Students. Books will be given. 3.           Film-show at Holy Family, Basiri where the movie “Book of Ruth.” Would be shown and DVDs given. 4.           The Usual-  S MS\ Email\ Comic\ Poster\ Write-ups on various internet handles. OUR THEME FOR THIS MONTH IS RELATIONSHIP Tina Love Foundation is a not for profit organization registered for charity and social development. It started January 1 st 2005. We have 3 trustees and several friends. You are welcome to be a member or volunteer. What we do is to inspire, motivate and encourage people leading society to be more sensitive, sensible and loving to God’s glory. We are channels of God’s love and we do this via 12 cardinal projects done monthly in love- distribute Bible, devotionals, books, CDs, tracts, comics, paste posters, send SMS, emails, give out donations, organize seminars, workshops, lectures.
