Justice Oputa, died on the 11th of May,
2014, he was born 22nd of September 1918 in Oguta. Widely respected
by other judges and lawyers for his self-discipline, extraordinary work ethic,
and the rigor of his judicial opinions, Justice Oputa was endearingly called
the Socrates of the Supreme Court.
He established his Justice Oputa Foundation on October
2, 2010. The foundation according to him was an initiative, which “operates
with deep understanding that it is virtually impossible to address the malaise
bedeviling the continent without sound, people-oriented governance constructed
on sustainable developmental modem.”
How many people can strive for health and longevity in this generation?
We can start by paying attention to our stand with God by having a relationship
with His Son Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. Also we must have a positive
attitude to work and learning. Next we should eat a healthy diet, replace
sweetened drinks with plenty of pure, clean water, avoid genetically engineered
foods, eat certain types of food raw, and limit toxin exposure. Finally get a
good dose of laugh every day and enough sleep.
