Isaiah  49:4 Then I said, I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain: yet surely my judgment is with the LORD, and my work with my God.
Isaiah  49:15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.
Isaiah 49:16 Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.

By God's grace in 2019 to God’s glory we would give out Bibles every month.

Why do we need to give out Bibles?
Although we are not a church, fellowship or religious body,
As an NGO we are thoroughly convinced that all source of love comes from God alone; all desire for social development comes from God alone.

Remember He created this world and He created it perfect, even before man was made on the 6th day, unless we support evolution theory?!

Who else can we get instruction, wisdom and direction from to be charitable and build the society if not from God?

How would people understand the mission and vision TLF has set out achieve if not from the Holy Word of God.
We can't take out the special place of the Bible from the world of love.

Let's get the Word out as we were all instructed to (Matthew 28:19, 20) irrespective of being clergy or lay faithfuls.

I remember Benson Idehen who gave me my first and only Amplified Bible (2004).
I remember Rev Fr John Edosonmwan who gave me my first Catholic Bibles (2001).
I remember Gideon International who gave me many small Blue New Testament Bibles with Psalms and Proverbs (1995).
I remember Mr Clark who gave me my very first Bible ever, a wooden covered Jerusalem Bible (1994).
I remember Karo Kpogban who gave me my Bible that now welcomes everyone to our TLF office (2009).
And for the many people who have donated funds to our getting Bibles, especially Awele Ikem, and others,
For all those over the years (2005 - date) who have benefitted from our free distribution of complete Bibles for all ages,

I SAY A BIG THANK YOU.

Psalms 119:105  Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Story Time

Lisungu Chieza from Zimbabwe was 26 when she was told in 1996 that she was HIV+. "This started my long journey of coping with being HIV+. My husband died in my arms at home eight months later." Not only did Lisungu have to cope with her own illness and losing her husband, but her husband's family also wrongly blamed her for his death. They came to her house, took away his things, and said, "If those children of yours get sick, don't even call us. We won't have anything to do with them or you." They would not even let her go to her husband's burial. "I gave up a college course I had planned to do. All I thought about was death. I neglected my children and myself." But her mother supported her. Lisungu began to find hope again and joined an HIV support group. Then she started to help others who were also HIV+, and took a college course about HIV-AIDS. She spoke at HIV meetings with the young people in her church. She believes that it is ver...
