There are people who are not treated well at work. Their salaries are small and their condition of service is not fitting their output. 

They sometimes want to complain but have no way or means to complain. Some do not belong to any union that can fight for them. Their work is hard and they fear if they resign or complain and get fired, they will not be able to cope with unemployment.
But sometimes all these people have to do is step back and realise their worth and input and know that they are the ones who are actually needed by the organisation and not the other way around! They are the ones holding the business or establishment together. If actually they leave, management and indeed productivity will fall. Our TLF 2 Day Event

Our TLF 2 Day Event started on Thursday and ended yesterday Friday. We had the person of Mrs Ishioma Francis who came to share good news with the children. We had Art competition and prizes were given. We had spelling bee and gifts were given. We had skipping competition and gifts were given. We had recitation of poems originally written by the children and gifts were given. We also used the opportunity to remind everyone of our theme for August. We shared our drinks and biscuits and everyone had a nice time. The children interacted and had a nice time. It came to a happy end and everyone went back home safely. We look forward to more activities such as these. We thank God for the success and blessings. God bless all those who contributed in various ways. Remember that, the ultimate law is love. TLF
