There are people who are not treated well at work. Their salaries are small and their condition of service is not fitting their output. 

They sometimes want to complain but have no way or means to complain. Some do not belong to any union that can fight for them. Their work is hard and they fear if they resign or complain and get fired, they will not be able to cope with unemployment.

But sometimes all these people have to do is step back and realise their worth and input and know that they are the ones who are actually needed by the organisation and not the other way around! They are the ones holding the business or establishment together. If actually they leave, management and indeed productivity will fall.
