Know that December 12 is International Universal Health Coverage Day.

I have been privileged to have gotten health coverage for 2022 from my Professional association, thanks to Olumide Akpata and Ogaga Emowanghre,

but how many people out there, especially those not in State or Federal governement employment in Nigeria can afford basic health care coverage?

A lot needs to be done about this.

NHIS and other forms of health coverage should be readily available to us, especially those who can't afford it themselves.

 

This picture above shows some drugs and hospital needs we purchased as TLF for onward donation to the Sickle Cell Centre in Benin City after they themselves gave us the prescription of what they needed. 

We can do more, you too can do more wherever you are.

You can donate cash or items we need in such visits we make.

You can also accompany us and spread the news of what we do.

Finally, you can pray for us for time, opportunity, health, transportation and direction to where real needs are needed!

Our TLF 2 Day Event

Our TLF 2 Day Event started on Thursday and ended yesterday Friday. We had the person of Mrs Ishioma Francis who came to share good news with the children. We had Art competition and prizes were given. We had spelling bee and gifts were given. We had skipping competition and gifts were given. We had recitation of poems originally written by the children and gifts were given. We also used the opportunity to remind everyone of our theme for August. We shared our drinks and biscuits and everyone had a nice time. The children interacted and had a nice time. It came to a happy end and everyone went back home safely. We look forward to more activities such as these. We thank God for the success and blessings. God bless all those who contributed in various ways. Remember that, the ultimate law is love. TLF
