March Theme

Our thematic issue for this month is #Environment aka #Nature

Over the years you may wonder why issues of climate, environment,  sanitation, flora, fauna and nature have been politicised, criticised and under emphasised? 

We urge us all to get involved in one form of environmental issue or the other to avoid implosions, pollutions and degradation. Whether we believe in the systems put in place to safeguard the environment or not, we must not give up. Year after year for a long time in TLF, we have dedicated the month of March to focus on issues of the environment, in fulfilment of the vision and mission of TLF.

We can participate in this month’s TLF’s theme or on our own, in our own ways to advocate and work for a better attitude towards issues of environment and nature as a whole. I mean we live on earth! We need the earth to function well for us to inhabit it. Instead of thinking of Mars to Pluto why don’t we make good God’s own green earth? Know that 5th of June is World Environment Day but in TLF we’d centre our activities in this month of March on #Environment.

Theme Days For May

    13 February World Radio Day   3 May World Press Freedom Day  16 May International Day of Light  17 May World Telecommunication and Information Society Day   23 September International Day of Sign Languages  28 September International Day for Universal Access to Information  30 September International Translation Day  5 October World Teachers’ Day   24 October World Development Information Day   21 November World Television Day  Why are these days important to us even in May? August Theme

Our thematic issues for this month is #NextGeneration We urge us in love to pick one of the issues under our theme for the month and help share messages, videos, pictures and matters for discussion and action plans under any of the issues. Let's dig deep into the concept of preparing the next generation of leaders, professionals, members of the society among others, which comes from God Himself right from creation and see how it improves acts of charity and social development. Humanity has survived since creation because intentional efforts have been made to prepare for generations to generations. Families birth those who'd constitute the next generation. If we don't prepare the next generation, we'd have a retrogressive situation which is highly preventable. #NextGeneration #August TLF 💚
