SPECIAL APPEAL TO TINA LOVE FOUNDATION FOR URGENT EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT TO MISS OPEYEMI GRACE ADEDARA, A FINAL YEAR STUDENT OF FUTA, AKURE.

Dear Sir/Ma,
I am Opeyemi Grace Adedara from Federal University of Technology, Akure. I am presently a Final year student of Food science and Technology Department of FUTA.
Very recently I lost my Mother to Advance Breast Cancer due to late detection at the department of Oncology/Radiotherapy of UCH, Ibadan after 18 months intensive therapy she lost the battle and died.

Sir/Ma, The Breast Cancer treatment of my Late Mother actually drained my Father of all his available resources both cash and landed property in frantic efforts to save the Late Woman from Untimely death.
Therefore, having exhausted his resources, the educational pursuit of myself and my siblings (Two of them in different levels of their chosen course of study at different tertiary institutions) is about to hit a stone wall. Please kindly assist and rescue my remaining one academic calender as we have resumed for the new session Jan 13, 2020.
Federal University of Technology could only award first degree certificate after 5years (500 level) of intensive study. Hence, my graduation is only guaranteed by this great Foundation by November, 2020.
I want to also inform you that I am fully prepared to furnish the foundation with all my school papers to plead my appeal.
The following are required for the completion of my final year program in FUTA
 Tuition fee- 13,400
Accommodation fee - 35,000
Upkeep - 15,000
I strongly believe that Education coupled with good moral principles, Godly fear and every other deeds of Godly devotion is the only LEVERAGE to escape Poverty and live a decent life and make good contribution to the Society.
May Almighty Jehovah God continue to give both the founder of this great foundation and the able assistants the needed strength to continue this good work you are doing for Humanity. Amen
Posterity will remember you for good. Amen.
 Signed.

Our TLF 2 Day Event

Our TLF 2 Day Event started on Thursday and ended yesterday Friday. We had the person of Mrs Ishioma Francis who came to share good news with the children. We had Art competition and prizes were given. We had spelling bee and gifts were given. We had skipping competition and gifts were given. We had recitation of poems originally written by the children and gifts were given. We also used the opportunity to remind everyone of our theme for August. We shared our drinks and biscuits and everyone had a nice time. The children interacted and had a nice time. It came to a happy end and everyone went back home safely. We look forward to more activities such as these. We thank God for the success and blessings. God bless all those who contributed in various ways. Remember that, the ultimate law is love. TLF

Did You Know?

Creativity comes from God the Creator and He has given us pro-creative abilities in different areas to make the world a better place and provide works of charity. In TLF we are big on arts, crafts and creativity. We celebrate creativity. Many people have been able to support charitable causes from creative art exhibitions and sales. Many others have also used their creative works to raise awareness on various laudable causes for social development. Take for instance in our theme for this month, we have selected some creative art works that will help pass our message to us in an artistic way. Also in our Centre, we host children who often come just to draw and make things from recycled materials. We strongly invite you to like our facebook page - TLF Creativity. We also share and retweet such creativity on our X handle that we also invite you to like and share. Our various artworks in TLF add to the posters we paste around and the comics we also produce and share out. Join our facebook ...

For us in TLF we are going to be focusing on Enterprise aka Labour aka Work for the entire month of June. We are urged to work. If you do not work how would you meet your daily needs? Like food, shelter, clothings and transportation? What about having what to give to others in need? There are so many reasons to work. I know many of us love to do what we love, we do not like to go to work if we do not like the job. But what if what you are doing as work and being paid for is actually what you love? What you love may not turn out to be a source of income, but we must still do what we can to earn. Are you enterprising? Please keep it up. Are you in paid labour in the private or public sector? Please do your work as unto the Lord God. Are you working all by yourself as a self employed worker? Please continue to grow and progress for greatness. Always know that in - Happy moments, praise God.  Difficult moments, seek God.  Quiet moments, worship God.  Painful moments, trust ...
