27th of June is Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Day.

We commend all those individuals, groups, NGOs, Charities, Foundations and others who engage in one form of entrepreneural empowerment or the other to encourage and advance MSMEs in Nigeria and all around the world.

God bless your labour and work of love.

May we not do anything in vain.

Remember:

“Commit your works to the Lord and your plans will be established.” (Proverbs 16:3)

27th June was marked as Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Day and we have scheduled to organise at our Centre a filmshow titled, “Rethinking Unemployment in Nigeria” by Emmanuel Okeleji done at TEDxIfe and also “Consider What You Have In Your Hands” by Kene Mpkaru done at TEDx Euston.

Contact us for seat reservations.

See you there!

Wouldn't it be great to be able to quit your job, be your own boss and earn a paycheck from the comfort of your own home? The good news is that with a little planning and some startup money, it is possible!

But not everyone is meant to start a business, some are meant to build, support and provide technical know how to already established businesses. While we commend those who are employers of labour, we also commend those who are employees.

In TLF, for the month of May 2026, we were able to empower a business woman with an interest free loan to add to her business for a month. That loan spanned from the 26th and ended yesterday, 26th June 2026. Now we have the funds available for the next beneficiary.

We thank God for the opportunity and pray that this wheel of support we have started will continue to roll without halt. Through this interest free load, may we play our part as a Foundation to support MSMEs.

Remember we are incorporated not just for charity but also for social development.

Thank you.

Story Time

Lisungu Chieza from Zimbabwe was 26 when she was told in 1996 that she was HIV+. "This started my long journey of coping with being HIV+. My husband died in my arms at home eight months later." Not only did Lisungu have to cope with her own illness and losing her husband, but her husband's family also wrongly blamed her for his death. They came to her house, took away his things, and said, "If those children of yours get sick, don't even call us. We won't have anything to do with them or you." They would not even let her go to her husband's burial. "I gave up a college course I had planned to do. All I thought about was death. I neglected my children and myself." But her mother supported her. Lisungu began to find hope again and joined an HIV support group. Then she started to help others who were also HIV+, and took a college course about HIV-AIDS. She spoke at HIV meetings with the young people in her church. She believes that it is ver...

Psalm 113:Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! You are invited to attend our viewing of - "Loneliness is literally killing us" by Will Wright at TEDxBirmingham . We commend the speaker and give kudos to the organisers.
