Immigration rescues seven female victims of sex trafficking en-route Europe

The Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) has rescued seven suspected victims of sex trafficking en-route to Europe.

They were rescued while trying to cross to Niger Republic, en-route to Europe.

Jigawa State Controller of NIS, Ismaila Abba Aliyu said the arrest was made by the personel of Operation Salam, along Kazaure Babura axis in the State.

He explained that the victims with no valid travelling document were planning to cross Niger Republic, Libiya to Europe.

The suspects, between the age of 16-27 are indigenes of Lagos, Kwara, Imo and Ogun states.

The agent was awaiting the victims in Niger Republic and planned to convey them to Libiya through deserts.

The Comptroller, however revealed that no incriminating iteam or substance was found in their luggages.

He said the victims would be handed over to National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) after investigation.

They're only going to Europe to make the White men know that the "Future is Female" through their skills.

The Immigration officials should stay out of this Crusade

Be careful with your words, because once they've been said, they can only be forgiven; not forgotten.

Those girls go still find another madam wey go carry them go the Europe.

Why do these people take this risk...I'm sure out of every batch that leaves on this journey less than 30% actually get to Europe alive.

This month of July 2022, we have out copies of our TLF Tracts on Trafficking to the Benin Zonal Office of NAPTIP.

We stand strongly against human trafficking in NIGERIA and we are calling for the sanctity of black lives and yes, all lives.

For us in TLF we are going to be focusing on Enterprise aka Labour aka Work for the entire month of June. We are urged to work. If you do not work how would you meet your daily needs? Like food, shelter, clothings and transportation? What about having what to give to others in need? There are so many reasons to work. I know many of us love to do what we love, we do not like to go to work if we do not like the job. But what if what you are doing as work and being paid for is actually what you love? What you love may not turn out to be a source of income, but we must still do what we can to earn. Are you enterprising? Please keep it up. Are you in paid labour in the private or public sector? Please do your work as unto the Lord God. Are you working all by yourself as a self employed worker? Please continue to grow and progress for greatness. Always know that in - Happy moments, praise God.  Difficult moments, seek God.  Quiet moments, worship God.  Painful moments, trust ...
